Dear Georgetown South Homeowner,

I am writing to you to let you know about a change to VA law that potentially affects all owners or, at least those who may be selling their house in the future. This is a change to the schedule of applicable fees for the preparation and delivery of Resale Packages or Disclosure Packages as they are often called. 

Our Georgetown South Community Council Board of Trustees met on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 and adopted Policy resolution 2023-002 which establishes the Fee Schedule for the Resale Packages. This is the adopted fee schedule.
