HOA dues, also known as Green Fees, are due on the first of every month and are considered late after the 15th day of the month. You have the option of:

Mailing your check payment with the coupon to our Bank’s P.O. Box in Arizona or mailing it directly to our office located at 9444 Taney Road, Manassas, VA 20110.
Coming in person to our office to pay with a check, money order or credit card (no cash).
Making an online payment using the link below.
Setting up automatic payments, also using the link below. You will be asked for the following information:

Management company ID: 7040
Association ID: 000GTS

Property Account Number: Your account number found on the coupon slip

You can create an account and schedule monthly auto payments. If you select to pay through e-check you will NOT get charged a service fee.

As of January 1, 2026 the monthly HOA FEE is $90.00 with the late FEE of $25 remaining the same.
